1. General These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through Nissie's Cozy Corner (nissiescozycorner@gmail.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products Nissie's Cozy Corner sells exclusively digital products, including downloadable bookmarks, planners, and other printable or digital files. All products are delivered digitally — no physical items will be shipped.

3. Ordering & Payment Orders are processed immediately upon payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a download link after your purchase is complete. We accept payments through the methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery Digital products are made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us at nissiescozycorner@gmail.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds As our products are digital and available for immediate download, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has been initiated, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to the immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is forfeited upon download. 6. Intellectual Property All digital products sold by Nissie's Cozy Corner are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any purchased files. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Nissie's Cozy Corner is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Privacy We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Applicable Law These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
