Nissie's Cozy Corner sells exclusively digital products (downloadable files). Therefore, different rules apply compared to physical goods.

Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. Once a digital product has been downloaded or the download has been initiated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), provided that you explicitly agreed to the immediate delivery and the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.

Experiencing an issue with your order? Please contact us at nissiescozycorner@gmail.com — we're happy to help. For example, if your file is corrupted or a technical issue prevented you from accessing your download, we will do our best to resolve it.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are only considered when a file could not be (correctly) downloaded.
